  : Nobody is on the desk which is unusual , the room had no shower

  : no staff around, everything,but everything smells mouldy, staff only seen them once when I called the number on the desk to check in, dirty, smelly, unsafe showers, no blinds at the large bathroom window, had to put a blanket so I can take a dump so nobody can see me thru the single glazed windows with only a net in front of it, kettle was on and didn't have water in it and powered and was keep clicking and didn't know why, could've ended bad. worst stay ever .Squicky matress every turn was waking me up,cheap springs. many more but can't keep writing. to busy

  : nothing, it was terrible
  : I liked nothing, arrived at 9pm, no staff, no room key, had to ring an emergency number who directed me to go behind reception to locate a key. a member of staff finally arrived on site at around 10:30 the next day. I attended a wedding away from there arriving back at 9:45 to find the venue entrance locked. There was a wedding going on and the groom found the staff member who berated me for not using the pass code, I reminded him that he had never given me a code, he apologised. Next morning, no staff again, another guest turned up to say he had a paid for room but could not get in the hotel last night due to not knowing the pass code. BTW the wedding music was so loud the whole room vibrated. It was the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to visit, I implore everyone not to book there

  : Hotel was very nice clean and comfortable owner was very polite and chatty on arrival did his best to make us comfortable
  : Was told the heating was on a timer but when got back to the hotel at 10.30pm my room and the guests with me was very cold and when felt radiator in room 6 it was freezing so not sure when heating came on and went of my mum came back at 8pm and she said her room was also very cold she has to sleep in her PJ's socks and put her cardigan on
