  : I would love to tell you all that our issues were dealt with in a timely and competent manner... sadly, that's not the case. I paid for a superior room for air con. I spent both nights with air con working intermittently, resulting in an extremely poor sleep quality. We have been patient for 4 weeks in giving the hotel plenty of opportunity to resolve. However, it would seem that they do not care about a customers quality of sleep since they have been paid already. The only helpful member of staff was a gentleman on reception who did try his best. The night porter sighed at me at 1.30am after I'd waited for half an hour for him to phone back. He did offer another room but it was the middle of the night and my second disturbed sleep... really not willing to pack and move. The night porter appeared cross that I hadn't reported earlier in the day. It was reported on the first morning. We had been out for a full day, not returning until late evening. We have chased this up, and I have emailed the hotel; email ignored. Hotel manager not available. Supposedly passed to area manager 2 weeks ago... nothing!I feel so let down and disappointed that a hotel of this 'standard' thinks this customer service is acceptable. I have never left such a poor review for a hospitality establishment...Of course, the hotel are still most welcome to make contact in a final attempt to resolve before I take this matter to the ALL Accor group.

  : I asked for a wake up call that didn't happen. The access drive is narrow and not well lit.
