  : Location and view was lovely although there was a high clump of bushes that limited it a little. Well equipped although could do with a washing machine. Lovely village and pleasant pub.
  : It took a while to get the heating working successfully so we were a little chilly for a couple of days, especially in November. Did spoil a birthday weekend a little. The trees and bushes at the rear, not on property, blocked a lot of warming sun and light.

  : Well equipped and comfortable.No washing machine nor any opportunity to keep foods frozen or even make a few ice-cubes.
  : We were cold. Put up with it for two days and then phoned. A technician arrived and fixed the upstairs radiators that had never been on since we arrived. The ones downstairs miraculously came on remotely so we guess it is controlled by an external computer. Couldnt access iPlayer. Had to request a non- slip bath mat which was delivered promptly.

  : The location is stunning - however the way the cottage has been built does not take full advantage of the stunning views. We loved the peace and quiet and amazing sunsets. We found the cottage clean, comfortable and generally well-stocked.
  : No keys to open the kitchen windows. Only leaving one bin bag was rather mean. No washing up sponge or brush. My mother's bed (in the front bedroom next to the window) had a spring sticking up in the middle so she found it rather uncomfortable. It would have been good to know about all the steps up to the property in advance.

  : Ideally located to explore the North Norfolk coastline with our two dogs which was a ten minute walk away. The cottage was clean and tidy and well equipped.
  : The welcome pack was limited providing only six tea bags and just about enough loo paper for our five day stay. No Internet connection available.
