  : The Coachman is a pleasant facility that is easily accessible. We were traveling very late and they allowed us to check in later than the posted time. The staff who served breakfast to us the morning after our stay was exceptional—friendly and attentive.
  : Check-in was very rushed (totally understandable) and we either didn’t understand all the info given to us, or the young man didn’t completely fill us in (as I said earlier, we were grateful they allowed us a late check-in, and we didn’t want to keep the young man longer than necessary). We are a family of four: two parents and two young adult (over 18) kids. We booked this hotel specifically for the family room, and were sorely disappointed when we got into the room to find that it was laid out with 2 beds, instead of the advertised 3 (or even 4). Our kids understandably didn’t want to share a very small sofa bed, so one of them slept on the floor. The next morning GM explained to us how it was our fault because we checked in so late, and said that the room layout info from Booking.com was not shared with them so they could not prepare. There was no one at the desk or easily reachable on the property to help us remedy the lack of a bed situation, though the GM said we could have phoned a number on a card we were given to reach someone. Lastly, they knew (and acknowledged) there were four adults staying in the room but provided us with only two towels.

  : Brilliant Polish lady working at the bar/restsurant that guided us to some interesting places. Very friendly and made us a day! Never met someone that positive. Good hotel.
