  : The wall between room too thin, we can hear quite clear sound from other customers and noise from outside.Have to pay car park fee because they not advertise car park through booking.com. Even hotel have a big empty car park.The heater in my parent in law's room was cut at night, that made them catched a cold in the morning

  : The staff could not have been friendlier, at checkin and with questions throughout our stay, including recommending a good pizza restaurant nearby. I had three youngish grandchildren with me and the staff were really helpful at breakfast, bringing croissants and kid-sized portions. Location was excellent, right across the road from the beach and promenade. We were fortunate to be allocated a carpark on site, but there is parking just across the road too.
  : Rooms are a bit tired and noise transfers easily through the walls. But otherwise fine, especially for a family on a budget.

  : Location great as right over from the promenade. The hotel itself on the face of it looks fine with the decor etc. Our room however was not great.
  : Room 102. The door of the room seems to shudder a lot when certain movements happen in the room and outwith. Every other door on the floor seems to slam shut and rattle the whole room. One room in particular near us just slammed there door everytime they went in and out making me jump. The woman could be heard after she checked in and then later that night at 1am returning to her room/slamming the door shut and singing. The walls are just not that sound proof, you feel as if people in the corridor are in the room with you. The little rubber bath mat thing provided is absolutely disgusting. It might be health and safety but that thing was a hazard with the amount of mold on it. Shower gel not filled up for us. I’m glad it was just one night.
