  : This hotel is dirty
  : This hotel is dirty and run down and needs to shut down and be done up. It should not be in use. The entrance was filthy and smelly, the halls had wholes in the ceiling, and drips in the roof, the bedrooms were a little better but floor felt like it was old and grimy and the mattresses were old lumpy and god knows what was in them. The bath water wouldn't go down after I filled the bath and the tiles were old. To check in you have to go to the garage but there's is no signage to let you know that, and I arrived late with a young child. The staff at the garage are pleasant and helpful and they are probably the best thing about the hotel. And the hotel was it was quite. I paid 50 for the night, which was cheap as chips but the hotel needs to shut down clean up and reopen as a more appropriate acvomodation. At least clean the entrance hall, that was just disgusting.

  : The man at the spa was very friendly and approachable. Tea making facilities were a nice touch.
  : There were toenails on the bathroom floor. The bed was full of springs and very uncomfortable. I could hear doors slamming and people coming and going all night long.

  : The location. Value for money. Friendly staff.
  : The hotel foyer and corridors were dirty. The room was not as clean as i expected. Cobwebs in every corner, dust on shelves and window ledge, broken coathangers, litter from previous occupants in the bathroom. One of the twin beds had a duvet cover instead of a sheet and the duvet was cover (on the duvet) was inside out.It felt neglected!

  : Bed -springs stuck up through mattressLots of water leakage into corridors from roof, and exposed electric cables from ceiling.Toilet room stunk!Place needs urgent attention! Must be the worse place in Wales. We would not recommend this place to anyone. Spoilt by neglectful ownership, by terribly ancient mattresses and poor plumbing. Shocking!

  : Very comfy bed. Good shower even though it was in the bath, so you had to climb in/out. Plenty of hot water and a good pressure. Accomodating staff. Pity about the false alarm fire alarm caused by someones bathroom door being open !!
  : Concession prices for breakfast. Not much good just having a concession at Burger King when its CLOSED. How about a concession for Greggs and/or Starbucks

  : Absolutely disgusting smell in room no 4.massive stain on the carpet..leftba horrible taste in your mouth.rubbish just left around entrance.not inviting at all..would never stay there again..worst place I've ever stayed at..it seemed as if no one cares.i was really embarrassed taking my partner there..

  : It was quiet and the water was hot.
  : Everything. It was dirty and smelly. The room needed a deep clean as does the entrance lobby. Dirty sheets were left in corridors and the lobby. Buckets left full of water due to leaking roof. Looked like someone had been sick in our bathroom and it had never been cleaned. The lobby was full of leaves and rubbish.One cup for two of us and after repeatedly asking a second cup arrived day 2.The manager did accept the room was awful and went in when we went out to clean the mirrors and hoover all the previous guests crumbs but, it needed a thorough clean. A refund of 10 per night was given but, a full refund would have been more appropriate!
