  : We spent four weeks at this property, between moving homes. The communications from the Crew Homes team was excellent. The flat is comfortable, secure, and well-equipped. It's in a quiet area, walking distance from a Waitrose and Costa Coffee. The beds were comfy, showers were good, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Free parking as well, in a very quiet block, we hardly saw or heard the other residents. The electric radiators in each room worked well. The Crew Homes team addressed all queries and issues quickly.
  : If I had to find one thing that could be better, it was that the TV wasn't plugged into the aerial - but we just used casting anyway.

  : Location was good When concerns on cleanliness was highlighted response was quick via email/telephone. Physical clean was carried out fairly promptly.All communication was dealt with very promptly
  : 1)Elevator had strong smell of tikka masala.2)Kitchen appliances dirty 3)Toilets had mould/dirty4) no Tv channels 5) fire risks: some intumescent seals missing from fire doors putting occupants at risk 6) grubby/ damaged walls 7) single bed mattresses springs poking through
