  : had Thai green curry in the bar which was very runnyit was very busy as there was a gaming conference on so stayed in my room rather than chill out in bar area

  : It’s was a friendly and quiet hotel
  : We had to wait for a while at the lift for people going up and down as the stairs were out of action due to building work and was only 1 lift not enough tea/coffee facilities in room could do with a fridge to keep water and drinks as the rooms can get very warm and the bed was very hard and made such a noise

  : On Arrival the staff were pleasant and very helpful and got our room ready however did take a while.room was basic and very outdated.
  : Bed mattress was horrible and not comfortable.Period Blood on the chair in the room.And at 9am the started drilling in the room next door and was unbearable so we checked out early.We informed the staff and they really didnt care.

  : On arrival the property looked lovely and clean in the reception area. The room itself was spacious and clean.
  : As we walked the corridor to find the room at arrival time, there was dirty plates and lots of beer bottles outside lots of different rooms. They were all still there 3 hours later when we went back out.The rooms were stuffy, even with windows open and fan going. Plug sockets near bed would be helpful.Bed felt hard and was very uncomfortable, only one pillow per person and they werent very good at all. Could defo do with extras in wardrobe.There was renovations happening downstairs which we wasn't made aware of before or on arrival, so we could hear banging and drilling.The breakfast area was very unorganised. Tables were dirty and not set up on arrival, we was told to find a table and then it would be cleaned and set although, no tea cups put on our table so had to search for one.The food was cold, bacon was stuck in big clumps so decided to leave it.

  : Good size room. Iron and ironing board in room.
  : Room too hot, no air conditioning, could only open window very slightly. Breakfast was cold. Had to order eggs then wait for them. Had to ask for cups for hot drinks, these should be readily available. Food items at breakfast were not replenished.
