  : This property is in a small cluster of properties in the middle of nowhere but just a short walk to the pub and main village. Very quiet. Property was equidistant from Southwold and Aldeburgh and coastal places in between, so very accessible.Being a new property, everything appeared clean and (important to us )the beds were v comfortable. Everything we needed was there.
  : TV did pixelate and sometimes lose signal.

  : Location was perfect for our needs.
  : The main bed wad ridiculously high, needed a hop up to get into the bed. An elderly person would have great difficulties. A netting canopy over the bed harboured many cobwebs. The shower was always cold. The tap would not turn sufficiently to enable hot water to come through.

  : The parking for 2 cars was impossible and the neighbours were very difficult about this. The shower took some working out and for 3 days was cold.
