  : Location to St Michael mount is great. The breakfast is wonderful and the room is very clean. The host is great and the place is very quaint. The room is huge
  : The bed is too small and too thin. The shower is too small. The bathroom needs to be enlarged. Limited parking space.

  : We specifically booked this property because of the view available. We booked MONTHS in advance. When we arrived - there was scaffolding blocking the view. The owner simply shrugged and said that was not in his control. HOWEVER, the woman who cooked breakfast told us that the scaffolding went up at least 2 - 3 month BEFORE our scheduled date. WHY DIDN'T HE NOTIFY US TO INDICATE THE CHANGE??? And provide us the option of updating our choice and not being stuck staying in this SUB-STANDARD B&B ????? We were directed to a neighbouring restaurant for dinner. When we spoke to the hostess there, she indicated that several of the people booked into the Rosario at the same time as we were there had approached her searching for ANOTHER accommodation due to the TERRIBLE CONDITION of the B&B, the rooms etc!! Unfortunately, there was nothing available within 25 miles for us - so sadly we were stuck. [HOSTAGES] The mattresses looked as though they had been there for DECADES - they were SO THIN and HORRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE!! The pillows were equally disgusting! The linens - both towels and sheets looked as though they'd been around since the 1970's. I won't even go into the lack of parking, the barely cleaned rooms and the fact that only 2 of 5 light fixtures even worked. One excuse the owner gave was that the fixture was old [1960's I'd say] and no replacement parts were available - FOR heavens sake - replace it then!!!! It was obvious from the owners attitude, words and actions that he was not interested in being in business. And really SHOULD NOT be in this type of business!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE - IT'S A RIP-OFF, OVER-PRICED and a TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY

  : I especially enjoyed getting to chat with the proprietor. He was very kind, and gave me a nicer room than he originally intended as he had it free. He also was generous with sharing his dog Dolly with those who wanted some canine interaction, and the breakfast he cooked for me was lovely and just right.
