  : Literally 5 mins from the sea.Amazing shower and good sized bathroom.Kitchen is very small but good for a holiday.For the price the flat was good
  : The flat definitely needs a deep clean.Settees were not comfortable, beds were manageable but main double is very low and not good for older people.

  : Self catering. Facilities for this very good, kitchen well equipped. Location great for walks along the river and gorge or up to coastal paths via Lynton cliff railway or few minutes by car.
  : Apartment separated from road by small paved patio with iron railing and gate. Had to be careful when exiting the property especially with dog. Not too bad since we were there in low season but extra care would be needed at busier times.

  : Well equipped kitchen with sharp knives - thank you!Great location, very close to the river and a couple of minutes walk from the shops.Plenty of space, decent shower, lots to like about this place.
  : The get-in was a bit tense as we had to phone the company to get the key safe code, but all sorted after 20 mins on hold. Otherwise everything was great.

  : Location - two minute walk from Lynmouth and the river Really well appointed apartment with everything you need Nice comfy beds Although no on-site parking, the public car park is literally opposite and there is some free roadside parking nearby
  : I really think that the claim there is a garden is false - there is only a covered porchway area (shown in the pictures) that faces directly on to the road. You really wouldn't want to sit out in this area and it's not practical for pets to use. Although the owners have done everything they can to mitigate the damp issues, there is sometimes a funny smell when you enter the apartment after a day out.

  : As it's an under dwelling it's very damp and there was a humidifier which had to be constantly left on and instructions to keep heaters on in lounge and bedrooms all the time. This would cause further health issues if people with respiratory co editions stayed there. (No mention of this in booking details only on the key collection info)
