  : The location is amazing. Rooms are big and the bed was comfortable
  : The shower was broken and very hard to make cool enough. Dirty glasses (red lipstick on them!). Very hot and you couldn't open a window. No cooked breakfast in a b and b! Just some toast and cereal. Reason given being COVID and social distancing...

  : nothing its a hovel, unclean and run down we didnt stay
  : its dirty an run down stay anywhere else everywhere in new forest is usually ok, this was amazingly bad

  : Easy access to all of the town. Free parking. Friendly staff,can't do enough for you. Breakfast is self-service. Juices,yoghurts,toast and preserves,cereals, and good quality teas and coffees. Rooms decent size lovely quality towels etc. Highly recommend it.
  : Not much to dislike. Pub opposite had a karaoke night but beyond the club's control. As it is an old bilding floors a wee bit creaky. More fun than a bother. Maybe pillows were a wee bit too soft.

  : After covid restrictions it was good to be able to have basic breakfast, tea/coffee/juice/cereals & toast again. Also, convenient for town. Parking at rear is also a bonus.
  : Being on main road it can be noisy late night/early morning.

  : The location is fantastic, just out the door and you're on the main high street with access to many lovely shops, restaurants and so on.
  : This is not a 4 star hotel, this is at best a 2 star B&B, why booking.com as it as a hotel is beyond me. Place is dilapidated and tired, room had wrappers and other detritus in it on arrival, bathroom had not been cleaned. If you are over 5'10" you will not fit in the shower in Reed room, and the fact the handle to adjust the shower height is missing doesnt help when you have to fold in half to wash your hair. Both nights we had to contact the staff with regards to hot water and were fobbed off the first night as to why there was none, eventually managed a bath/shower at 10 pm, once the boiler had been switched on and the water had warmed, this happend on both nights. There is so much noise from the floorboards that any movement in this house can be heard throughout, so if you expect a good night's sleep, think again. The bath mat was nice though...
