  : The views. The bigger bed. Comfort and well equipped. We loved our stay, once we conquered the hill! Own parking space was a bonus.
  : The only thing and its not earth shattering. Wed have loved a shelf in the shower. Makes life much easier!

  : the property is full of character, a cosy space and ideally located!
  : bathroom slightly small, bath tub would be nice but isstill fit for purpose.

  : Lovely old building and nice and quiet. Parking very handy.
  : Bed very basic, pillows not good quality. Shower was rather cheap and very little power. Can see that leather furniture is good for cleanliness and wear and tear but it's not comfortable...you slide off it! The bathroom door handle fell apart and although I reported it no one came to fix it which meant we couldn't close it properly during our stay., not great with an on-suite! 2 loo rolls for 2 people for 4 nights was a bit mean - we had to buy more.

  : Easy to walk down to Lyme Regis sea front from property - about ten minutes, quite a slope downhill. The apartment was very clean and comfortable- great to have free parking too, an asset in Lyme Regis.
  : It was difficult to find the driveway to the property - there definitely needs to be a bigger and clearer sign at the entrance to the car park, as confusingly theres a private house at the driveway entrance - we thought it was a private entrance, and couldnt see a sign for Coram Tower in the dark. It took us 20 minutes on foot in the pouring rain and dark to finally find it. Also, on the second floor, we felt vulnerable to any outbreak of fire - the fire escape route was far down the stairs - there needs to be an external metal fire escape stairway installed.

  : Location ideal for the town. Accomodation clean and good facilities.
  : Having to strip beds at the end of the stay. It was an expensive holiday and never had to do it anywhere else. Also no working lights in the porch or outside which needs sorting
