  : Kettle in room and TV, remote was in a sealy bag.Easy to find and parking was included and available.
  : In terms of quality it's more like staying in a slightly glorified hostel than a budget hotel. Was annoyed at having to pay a 50 cash deposit rather than leaving my card details, in terms of reducing contact and safety this meant I had to leave my belongings and walk 5 minutes round the corner at 9pm and use a cash machine that god knows who else has touched.No hand sanitiser noticeable on entry or exit of the hotel.Common areas looked OK.However my room was very disappointing. It was an obviously old/secondhand Divan base single bed which could harbour all kinds of germs and bugs.The pillows were as flat as pancakes and grimy under the pillowcases. The duvet was also thin, I slept in my jumper and leggings for extra warmth in the night.There were stains of God knows what on the carpet.The bathroom had no obvious heat source.The threshold carpet gripper between the bedroom carpet and bathroom vinyl was loose and sharp and a loose screw could have caused physical harm if I hadn't noticed it.The sink in the bathroom was not free draining, it was a like a button push down/push up plug and this could not remove, it took all night to drain out from where I washed my hands and brushed my teeth.There was dust and hair on some surfaces including the soap dispenser and no hand sanitiser left in the dispenser in the bathroom or no other sanitiser available in the room.The shower was OK, pressure was poor for a cascading shower head, a normal shower head would have been better.The tiling was unfinished in the shower cubicle and looked to be bodged around the shower controls.Overall I slept poorly as I didn't feel safe.I reported all of the above to the hotel on checking out in the morning.I've stayed in other OYO's particularly the Hounslow one and that location was clean and modern and well looked after.
