  : Well met and the room was comfortable with easy chairs overlooking the sea. The breakfast room had one large shared table which eased tension and made for conversation between guests = good idea.
  : Parking opposite in carpark with very poor ticket machine, but street parking easy in the evening.

  : The room was nicely decorated and the tiny en-suite wet room was functional. Breakfast was good.
  : When we arrived, as arranged, at around 12.30pm no-one was there to check us in. One of the other guests who was in the property also tried to help by knocking on the owners' rooms. We went back an hour later and were checked in without apology. Trying to communicate with the owners was a recurring problem during our stay.

  : Great view from the sash window. Full English Breakfast was nice but no toast offered. Great location on the promenade.
  : Pillows weren't very comfortable, room was hot and there was no fan offered, no lock on bathroom door. The cost of the room was Great so none if that was a big deal.

  : Location is superb. Walking distance from station. Opposite car park and the beach.5 mins to ice cream, coffees, chips, a pier, arcades etc. The owners are lovely and make prize winning marmalade, which was fabulous. Not to mention the perfect full English breakfast. Nice touches in the room like a mini fridge with milk sachets and kitkats, tea pot and cafetierre with proper coffee in a jar etc . A much needed fan! Perfect view of sea side and a great shower! What else do you need?
  : A warning on website about lots of stairs would have been helpful but all were manageable with handles etc.

  : Location was ideal as was parking. Getting into lowerstoft was great.
  : We expected our own table for meals. Breakfast was not to a high standard as we have experienced elsewhere. My partner was still eating his cereal when his main Breakfast came in. I asked for poached eggs and toast and got one egg and one slice of toast. Toast given additional I slice each and only asked if we wanted more when it was obvious we had decided to fit up. No individual butter marmalade etc. Other people had touched everything before us. First day coffee nit freshly made. Accommodation was definitely not as good as expected. One side of bed had no where to place clothes, nowhere if on bed to place a cup or glass. Shower was damp and dank and fan not working and shower went everywhere which entailed leaving towels in bedroom while taking shower and once turned off open door and get towels. With the shower like it was toilet and basin was drenched. Told them about fan but not fixed while we were there. Not even sure they tried to fix it? Went to pay the bill on Saturday but they had already taken it. They should have asked before doing that transaction as we might have preferred to pay individually or by cash.
