: Great cosy place and spotless. Jayne was a very friendly and welcoming host and we knew she was there if we needed her, but we had complete privacy at all times. Tea/coffee/milk/biscuits/bread and even a bottle of wine on arrival were a lovely surprise, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we wanted, the location is great for visiting the coast or the Wolds or just chilling out locally (social club very friendly). Very pretty village, nice quiet place (apart from the dawn chorus!). There was even a comfy sofa and Netflix for a rainy morning or the end of a long day's walking, and a small garden with table and chairs which was a lovely sun trap in the afternoon/evening. A designated parking space right outside was another plus. Alpacas in the field down the lane were the icing on the cake. Overall I thought it was excellent value for money and would highly recommend it.
: Nothing to fault really except that I found the mattress a little firm - but OH said it was fine for him, so I guess it's personal preference.

: we did not like the sloping ceilings the mattress was hard no window to open in shower room the extractor did not work in the shower room

: Breakfast N/A The hosts were lovely nothing was too much trouble there but not obtrusive The shower was excellent And the welcome pack delighfulthe outside
: The outside seating could have been better as there was not a lot of sun where the table and chairs were, however this was April maybe a lot better in summer Also the stairs. Having to go up and down to the bathroom was a nuisance
