  : Everything! Great cottage, well decorated and furnished, kitchen well equipped (oven needs a time timer to work or turn timer anti clockwise for permanently on). Small private garden is a plus. Lostwithiel is a lovely town with everything you would need (supermarket, restaurants, takeaways, pubs, river picnic area).
  : Only the limited/challenging access via car which is nothing anyone can do anything about but is a consideration for people with mobility issues or children (with associated paraphernalia). .

  : A pretty cottage fitted out with everything you could need or want. A lovely courtyard too to enjoy the sunshine Short walk to shops, cafes and river walk. Train station 10 minutes away. The host was extremely helpful.
  : This is not a criticism and was clearly pointed out in all of the information when booking but just bear in mind you cannot take a car to the door and there is a short but fairly steep incline to the cottage if you have mobility issues.

  : The cottage was tucked away down a quiet little lane. It had a lovely outdoor space and inside was cosy and well equipped. The hosts even thought to leave wood for the wood burner and a delicious cream tea and milk in the fridge.
  : There were hardly any faults with this gorgeous little cottage. Just a few things that would have made the stay perfect would have been a better quality mattress in the main bedroom and some lovely crisp white cotton bed linen.
