  : Maggie, the owner put milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits out for us for when we arrived, lovely touch.The Knoll has Sky tv, beach towels, various toiletries and is immaculately clean.
  : The property is very high up so you will need to be pretty fit to walk up from town.Not ideal for anyone who is tall as the ceilings are often low.

  : Location, view, fun aspect on the steep hillside. Very well presented and felt like home at the end of the day. Great base to explore from - walks directly from Looe and buses/trains to explore further or make a one-way coastal jaunt more circular. Lovely sandy beach, and rock pools to explore. Lots of lovely places to eat-in or take out. Binoculars provided if you don't bring your own. We had a lovely time.
  : All was great - only proviso is be aware you need a certain level of fitness to get home if you walk from the flat - but then a nice cup of tea surveying the view makes it worth it!
