  : I had to pay extra to get into the rooms early, however they were not cleaned.The carpet had lots of dirty stains, The walls were very dirty, the radiator was full of dust about a years worth, was disgusting, the window looked like it would fall off, the whole room was full of dust.The bathroom was not cleaned, the fawcett in the shower was hanging off the wall, the toilet roll holder was rusty, the toilet seat cover was sitting on the floor in between the toilet and the wall. The bathrooms also had a strange disgusting smell, like sewage.We were on the top floor, no lift, 5 flights of stairs, no one offered to help carry luggage. No air conditioning, a fan was provided for one room and when asked for the other room, I was told no we don't have any more fans. I bought a fan and had to ask 3 times to get help putting it together, they said they would but again no one helped.The rooms were not cleaned at all while we stayed there. We had to keep asking each day for clean towels and toilet room. It states check out between 10am and 12 noon, however they knocked on our doors around 11 asking if we were checking out. I found the whole experience very stressful. When I complained about the rooms I was told they are in the process of doing up the hotel. That is not an excuse to not clean and this should have being stated on their website.Overall, I would never stay here again.

  : The hotel was located very close to Paddington Station which is lovely. The receptionist was lovely very helpful, kind guy.
  : The hotel room was awful, dirty,the floor was absolutely in disgusting condition,so squeaky. The bathroom was dirty, looked like haven't been hovered at all. I won't recommend that hotel to anyway, well not for that price! The bed side lamp didn't work, window was so old and filthy including the curtains! We couldn't sleep as was so hot...There was a kettle and coffee + milk but No cups/spoon etc.Asked for hair dryer at the reception, they had one but broken! For a such a great location you would expect much nicer room. The worst hotel ever we stayed in London.

  : So many things were awful about this hotel, to be fair it was very cheap and the location is good which is its only 2 positives
  : but honestly wished we paid a bit more to stay somewhere that wasnt so horrible. We didnt want to spend any time in it at all;- The paintwork was peeling, loads of stains on the wall and carpet disgusting- The bathroom was rank, all mouldy and dirty and smelt so strongly of damp you had to hold your breath.- The shower was gross and there were moths in it- The bathroom light didnt switch off!- There was only 1 bath towel supplied for a double room - We spent 20 mins knocking to get in at about 1am (its 24 hour reception) and when the guy finally answered the door he was incredibly rude to us!- The bed was uncomfortableThere was a nice guy on reception when we left who was possibly the manager/owner and seemed nice but overall really do not recommend staying here.
