  : Nice person who greeted us, luggage storage, comfy bed, good location
  : The shower head holder was broken so the shower wouldn't stay up right, the tv channels weren't working properly so only a few we're working and the wires didn't look safe,only 1 small toilet roll in bathroom ( looked like half) rubbish left under the bed, only 2 coffee sachets and the curtains didn't close and I had to hold them together with a hair bobble! Complained about the shower and tv and someone said they would take a look but I don't think they did

  : The room was dirty and in a bad state of repair. The TV was broken, with wites hanging out the back of it, and the desk was broken and just balanced back together. It collapsed on me in the morning while I was logging on for work. The room was also dirty and just felt dated

  : At first they were going to give my mom and I a third floor room, but they only have stairs up. My mom is 74 with one artificial knee and the other needs surgery, so she would not be able to walk three flights of stairs daily for our week stay. The lady at the desk was very sweet and friendly. She was able to accommodate our request with a ground floor room. It was a room they seldom used because the floor is very creaky, and it tended to be a very warm room, which both my mom and I were fine with as long as the accommodation was accessible. We were satisfied with our stay and with the friendliness of the female front desk staff and cleaning staff. Overall, the beds were comfy, the room clean, and it suited what we needed from a hotel. I would choose there when back in London. It is a very fair value for the price.

  : Great location near the underground West Kensington and overground Kensington Olympia. Quiet neighborhood. All in all value for money
  : No elevator (which should have been clearly stated). Cleaning could have been better (especially under the beds). The faucet at the bathroom sink was leaking heavily.

  : Location is great, 3 subway stations are nearby.Room is okay, there is safe box, fridge, etc.
  : There was no lift which complicated getting to a room with a heavy luggage.Bed was not really well-cleaned, there were someone's hairs on a blanket.

  : Garden room in room 1 was not a Garden, it was a nasty little cement slab neglected place with an air conditioning unit and a low wall with easy access. The room was small and dark. With a small bed.. and a stocktaking floor and a door that could not be bolted closed from.the inside..it was a huge disappointment for the price tag. The only positive was the water and the biscuits and the fact that I did not stay due to the lack k of security.
  : I did not like that they did not give me my request of a room higher up in the hotel. I did not like the interior of the hotel, it was very unlike what was posted on the website. The reception staff, namely a chap called Peter was very rude and took no care or attention for the issues that I raised. It was one of the most disappointing experiences, to expect one thing and to be so disappointed by what was offered. I will never go to this appalling hotel again. I was expecting good things because the area it was located in was very nice.
