  : Location is fab - same road as my daughter lives on.
  : I was really only in one bedroom and it's ensuite. The property is a bit tired - patio door in my bedroom didn't close right, no key left. Early check in, (that wasn't what I wanted, I wanted to set my case inside the front door 2hours early...coming from Heathrow rather than drag it into London) was NOT allowed to happen and that really changed my day. It would put me off booking that property again tbh The squeaks and missing keys could be sorted, the unhelpfulness of the letting company maybe not! This 51 year old found it very very unhelpful! It was a heavy case full of Xmas presents.

  : If the issues were resolved, the rest of the flat is ok. Currently it is poorly managed with key safety and security issues. GuestReady refuses to take responsibility and make this right with us.
  : Not as advertised and lack of reasonable care to services provided. We reported these issues to GuestReady on a 3 night visit in October 2023, via email and phone. They only replied after 2 days and only after I escalated to booking.com. They did not fix any of the issues. Ive asked them for a refund via booking.com which booking.com is currently ignoring and GuestReady have refused despite the huge issues with service provided. I have video and email evidence of everything and will be taking further action against both.- External door in master bedroom blows open in the wind and no key provided. A major safety issue for our 9 month old sleeping in a travel cot and a security issue.- Rooftop can be accessed easily by adjacent flats. No key provided for dead lock only soft close lock. My insurance would not cover arising issues.- GuestReady claimed there is a key box, I have evidence there was none. They do not know what they are letting.- Main shower is blocked so overflows. Not as advertised. GuestReady arranged someone to fix after 2 of 3 nights without asking a suitable time. They arranged 8pm, obviously not suitable for our sleeping baby especially with a very loud doorbell.- GuestReady promised to fix the shower for the next guest. But you can see a poor review from Lesley in Nov 2023 after we stayed, reporting the same issue! So they promise but do not fulfil on the issues.- GuestReady do not answer the phone. Tried to call them 5 times across 2 days, each time just answer automated questions then the phone rings for 20-30 minutes.- The only larger bin was equip with a recycling only bag. No refuse bags were provided. Surprised at such a basic amenity missing. We bought our own bin bags but later there were tears in the base and some food on the floor close by. In other words, the flat is infested with mice. Not uncommon in London, but reinforces that suitable bins must be provided.- No tea towels provided to dry anything in the kitchen.

  : The employee showing us in the apartment was very kind and helpful. The apartment itself was quite spacious for London standards, perfect when you are 2 couples. Enough privacy with 2 bathrooms, and there is a lovely outdoor area.
  : Some kitchen essentials were missing. Like kitchen towels and a teapot (this is the UK?)

  : Very spacious, all the needed amenities, warm welcome from the host, close to tube stations.
  : Thermostat for central heating was not very responsive.

  : Keyless entry and it was simple and easy . The bedrooms where spacious and clean as were the bathrooms. Location is great and very close to a tube station and bars.
  : The kitchen was dirty. The glasses were disgusting plastic and broken and not enough for everyone. Their were burn marks on the floor and stains on the very small sofa. The table had dents and scatters all over it. The cooker was very greases and the Friday was disgusting. Their were not enough plates and cups for every one and no trays for the overs. I emailed the host and the o pay item they rectified was the WiFi which was very disappointing they did not seem to care. I would never stop here again and would advise others to avoid.

  : Flat needs a good cleaning.Dust under beds,around skirting and in corners.Door code seems temperamental .Handy man needs called in to fix door and skirting in kitchen .One of the showers - the one with the cracked tiles -the shower drain seems to be blocked so the shower tray fills up very quickly.We also thought the entrance street side looks very shabby and to be honest we thought we were at the wrong place.The basement flat entrance looked even worse.Also we couldnt see any fire extinguishers in the apartment.
