  : Got a call to say wed been moved to a hotel due to maintenance but arrived at the hotel and they had no idea and tried to send us to the flat. Once we got into a room it was not consistent with our booking and we had to change rooms. Found an item that didnt belong to us on the floor so it obviously hadnt been cleaned well and the shower roof was disgusting.

  : The location, on a quaint old street in Mayfair, was excellent. It was the best thing about this property.
  : Poorly maintained, neglected, dirty, mildew, smelled of urine in the bathroom, light switches detached from wall, faucet detached from sink, cockroaches, the advertised washing machine didnt work. No cutlery or utensils in kitchen.

  : The flat has very good daylight and acceptable beds and good space. The bed sheets and towels and dishes are the only clean things in the flat. There were extra towels provided which was good. The location is excellent. There are several beautiful pubs and expensive restaurants just below the flat. Only few small markets closed to the flat. Internet works perfectly well. The shower was also good. Although the price is good, is still high for the low quality of the maintenance of the flat.
  : It was very uneasy to identify the front door. Although the google location was precise, the flat is located in a side street, and the door is literally in between two tables of the restaurant (you need to ask the customers to move so you can get the door). The flats are located floors 1, 2 and 3, with very tiny and dirty stairs with big bags stored on it, so walking up to the flat is quite difficult. The flat is very dirty. seems that no deep clean has been done for more than a year. The floor is not leveled and "instable" (as you walk, the floor move). The bathroom drain smelt of sewer if kept closed. There is a leak noted in previous reviews that was not fixed. We need to use a tower to contain the leak. The latch/handle of the bathroom door was broken, and my daughter was trapped inside the bathroom. Took time for us to open the door and get her out. The windows are dirty from outside and inside and they don't work properly (some of them does not say open). Some of the issues identified in previous reviews were fixed (electric kettle, toaster, curtains, wardrobe, no broken windows). The place is quite noisy until 10 pm due to the pubs below and starting again at 6 am when the streets are cleaned, and providers arrive to deliver for restaurants. The microwave does not work at all, the "fully equipped" kitchen has only one medium pot that is useless to cook. there are enough dishes for 4 persons. The TV was randomly working only for few channels. I was not able to use the laundry as also seems to be out of order and dirty. There are several areas that can be fixed with low investment and time to fix and clean them to make the flat cozy.

  : The flat was dirty. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. The noise from the restaurant below was very loud and this went on to early hours of the morning. An overall disappointing stay.

  : I have never seen a flat with more dirt in it. It is disgusting. In front of the toilet is a big puddle as the flush leaks. The drain evaporates all the stinky air into the bath and the adjoint bedroom. The windows are so dirty and dusty that you can hardly look through. They are so bad, that even being at the 2nd floor you think you are down the street among the guests of several restaurants and pubs. You can imagine the noise till midnight and then the deliveries starting at 6 oclock. The curtains are caked with dirt. I really felt nauseated. The kichenette is full of encrusted dirt, the freezer is full of ice and you find there bottles of guests before. One mattess is so thin that I thought I slept directly on the floor. I avoid telling you about my backache. Some ploughs did not work at all and the wallpaper came down on its own. One chair was nearly broken. The 3 cm layer of dust around an old washing mashine have been really hard to bear. Some nails came out of the wooden floor, so pay attention. I forgot the unbereable situation of the microwave and I could go on with more and more details. I habe travelled through Asia, Africa with low bugdet, but I never met such awful conditions. This is against all human dignity. If I were booking, I would not list such a disgusting place.

  : The narrow hall stairwell was completely blocked by large bags of dirty materials that looked and smelled like soiled tablecloths from a restaurant below. The unpleasant smell of the restaurant kitchen permeated through the walls into the hallway and flat, and extractor fans could be heard loudly throughout the night. Once entering the flat, it looked like the door entrance had been broken into and repaired on numerous occasions, which did not feel particularly safe or welcoming. The overall decor appeared to have been neglected for decades and is of poor standard. Neither the light switches nor the curtain rail fittings were securely attached to the wall. The mattress and soft furnishings were equally poor, leaving us feeling uncomfortable about sleeping in the bed. In the end, we decided to sleep in the living room due to the pungent, damp smell of the en-suite bathroom. Whenever we used the toilet or sink, the smell worsened, making the whole flat smell like sewage. We did not use the shower because there was a grimy plastic bath mat on the shower floor, which did not indicate cleanliness. The overall experience was extremely uncomfortable, and should not be permitted for rentalinthisstate.
