  : We needed to buy toilet papers because there was two half rolls for two people for 14 days! The team refused extremely to let us check in even one hour earlier than 3pm even though the guest before us checking out time was 11 am (which is 4 hours before) the managing team is very inflexible and kinda telling you what you are going to do in the emails not asking you! The pillows were in a very poor condition and when we asked for a better pillows the mangement team asked us for an explanation what we meant by “a poor condition” and asked for pics! Then, they arranged for pillows from Argos and told me about the delivery time at 2:00 am on Saturday and the delivery time was from 7am to 1pm on the same day, so we needed to adjust our plans for Saturday to wait for the delivery guy in the last minute, and gave my number to the delivery guy (without my approval for the timing). There was no cleaning products for the toilet. The management team refused again to allow me to post my Covid19 test to the letter box as I was travelling for work to France for a few days during our stay at this flat. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and had blood stains on it. The pillows had blood stains. Generally, speaking the furniture is in a poor condition even though the whole apartment was kind of refurbished. The drawer in the bedroom has medical stuff which was left there carelessly. They will ask for a £500 deposit for any demages the night before checking in and they will not provide any check in instructions without the deposit and they will not refund the payment, so be prepared!
