  : The bedroom was decorated lovely and felt welcpmig especially woth the doors to a patio area Thr bathroom was really nice amd smelt gorgeous
  : Continental breakfast was left outside the door the night before so the pastries were soggy and unappealing in the morning so we left them which was a shame. Noisy outside when on the terrace area (I think it was staff) Route to the room as unappealing as it was up past the staff and kitchen area The Nespresso coffee machine didn't work properly

  : Cold when got in room as heating is from fan and not radiator. Thought breakfast would be cooked for price but was only pastries left by the room the night before.

  : Stayed many times at Fox and Grapes over the years. Lovely, peaceful location on the edge of Wimbledon Common. Inviting bar and dining area. Food has improved to very good since I last visited and 20% reduction for residents.
  : Nothing, really. Preferred it when there was a cooked breakfast years ago but no real issue and appreciate the need to contain costs. This is no issue for me either, but some residents may find the door left open to a murky cupboard/storage room by the stairs unsightly.

  : the location was perfect for our requirements and the food in the dining rooms was very good with a decent selection of beers. and wines. The staff were very friendly and helpful (although see 1 below)
  : There were a few minor problems with the room: 1 The pillows had no pillowcases and, although this was pointed out to the staff, this was not rectified until 11:20pm; 2. The waste bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and consequently had previous occupant's rubbish; 3. We could not get the Nespresso coffee machine to work (even though I have a similar machine at home) and there were no instructions so not sure if it was faulty or user error!

  : Room was freezing when we got there. It would have been better if heating had been put on earlier.
