  : BOTH Bedroom Lights were flickering and were hurting my eyes so for the duration the stay the bedroom lights were off at all times. Used Condom Packet was also found underneath the sofa!!!

  : Apartment was very close to our site and it was very clean and had all kitchen utensils. Fans came in handy for the hot weather.
  : Noise at night from neighbours was ridiculous, constant banging of doors ,shouting and running up and down the stairs right through the night.

  : Where we required it to be. Excellent communication with the booking agency. Plenty of space.
  : Bit tired, in need of a lick of paint and a touch of TLC. Would stay there again even like this.

  : Everything else.... It was perfectly located, the apartment itself was lovely with loads of space, a real home from home and the hidden ensuite was a brilliant feature, all the fittings and fixtures are great quality too, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
  : There was a loud noise all through the night from an air conditioning unit or similar outside the bedroom windows also the WiFi is poor.

  : The staff, whom I contacted always by email and once by phone, are really helpful, efficient and nice. At all times, any question I had, would be promptly answered. The location is perfect; although the City is too quiet after working hours. However the flat is within walking distance to most lively areas.
  : Booking says the deposit is 150 pounds, but they made me pay 750. This was announced after the reservation had been confirmed and I had rejected all other options. I had no other option but to pay for it, otherwise they would not let me in. Then, after having paid for flat and deposit, an email arrived warning me there was a device installed in the flat which would be constantly measuring the noise I made, and the police would be called if I exceeded the (unknown) limits, plus I would lose my entire deposit. A threat of very bad taste. Other than that, all well (the apartment is noisy particularly in the living room).

  : It's a well presented, spacious apartment, with all the amenities you need.It's in a great location.It was easy to get into the apartment, good instructions given by the host.
  : I didn't really dislike anything.Aside from the fact it was quite noisy, no double glazing, and on the first night (Monday) a lorry was emptying cegs outside our apartment, it was around 1am, and it went on for ages.
