  : The fact that it was close to a training I was attending was the only positive.
  : The stay ended up being quite unpleasant due to circumstances surrounding entering the flat. First, they have this total inconvenient system to get the keys and enter the flat. You have to get the keys from a lockbox, which is far away from the property and attach to a bike rack! Then, the lockbox is very hard to open, which they blame it on me since they never had this problem before! By the time, I entered the flat, i had spent 4 hours trying to get the keys and going back and forward with them. I was exhausted. So, this ordeal was over. However, to check out you have to put the key back in the lockbox. I was already anticipating that I was not going to be able to open it again, so, the day before the check out I told them that I had tried the lockbox and it didn’t open again!! They said that I had to put it there otherwise I would be charged a fee! Seriously? I insisted that it didn’t work, so they ended up saying that the next day a courier would pick up the keys from me at 09:00. From 07:30, the next day, they kept calling me and email me saying that it was my problem that i couldn’t open the lockbox and that i needed to put it back or bringing to their office 25 min. away! When I refused they asked to way for the cleaning that would arrive at 09:30am! (As if I didn’t need to be somewhere else at 09:00). I expected that after the ordeal to enter the property and having alerted them that I couldn’t work the lockbox, that they would try to accommodate me, the customer, and at least minimize the stress and inconvenience the situation caused; instead of blaming me! All this trouble is not worth the stay.

  : We got the apartment keys at the lock box on the dirty ground floor of the street.The upper window lock was broken, no security.All the used stuffs left at the apartment, no windows curtain at bedroom, no privacy & too bright on morning, no bathroom curtain so all bathroom got wet after showering Should be cleaned up in details

  : Light and airy, good sized bathroom.
  : Property was reasonably clean when I arrived. Was a bit cold even in May. I decided to extend my stay while I was there on the agreement the property was cleaned mid stay .. the clean never happened and the management company (AirSorted) failed to return phone calls as agreed
