: We like the location.
: we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the flat. we had to passed the mop when we arrived because the floor was disgusting. the sofa is not able to use because of the dirty. the charge is 113€ for the cleaning fee and I’m sure no one clean before we arrived.

: arriving after 13 hours of flying, we had trouble finding the key as the property is a building site. This should be included in their advertisement. We walked into the apartment to find bed linen over the floor, stove not cleaned, burnt pot in sink, cleaners had not turned up. The agent has refunded me £96 which has gone to Booking.com account. We would like this transferred to our bank account. The agent arranged cleaners to come straight away, so we moved out for an hour.

: The building had construction workers that can easily peak through the apartment as the curtains are too tiny, the bathroom has a bad smell, some maintanance guy came and unhooked the fire alarm and didn’t install it back which is a major safety issue. The process to find the lockbox was really hard and not very hygienic!

: The bathroom was really nice, powerful shower which is always good. The bed is more comfortable then it looks. Comes with a balcony, which is well kept and has a nice view. The oven was simple to use and works well. Tea and coffee stocked up in the cupboard ready for guests. Clean towels provided and a hairdryer. Wardrobe space with hangers. Dressing table and mirror. Property can be quite warm but a huge fan is provided too.
: There was flying insects in the property and bug spray under the sink, so clearly this is an ongoing problem. Wasn't particularly the cleanest of places I've stayed too as there was dirt on the floor and on the sides. The toilet wasn't particularly powerful either as it couldn't even flush a piece of toilet role. Would have been better if there was more kitchen appliances e.g. toaster and microwave.
