  : On the 1st floor, Room was clean with small en suite, Towels provided daily, as well as a few toiletries, rooms cleaned daily. Nice big window and a small veranda .Tea and coffee and a kettle in the room. Someone on the reception 24 hours, they were very nice, they helped with directions and came straight away when the electric blew and they solved the problem quickly. Wifi was ok. Also they stored our luggage on the last day as we had to leave the room for 11am but out train wasn't until the evening. Not a bad price for the 3 nights we stayed. Situated in a good area, Kensington park a short walk down the road, the opposite way lots of shops, restaurants, public houses, a cafe nearby that did a nice breakfast. Paddington station a short walk and a very good bus service.
  : The double mattress was uncomfortable, hard and you could feel the springs. The chair on the veranda was dirty (caused by the rain the prev week) so unusable. The shower wasn't the best, it leaked from the side although it kept the temperature well. A small fan placed in the room was not adequate it was dirty and hardly blew out any cold air, it was very warm in the room, we couldn't leave the window open as the veranda went from our room to the next with no partition. I used the hairdryer provided in the room and it blew all the electrics-twice! The curtain had partly fallen down it stayed like that during our 3 nights there. No where to sit outside downstairs, The room we stayed in was a double but looked like they had added another single bed to accommodate 3 people, so not much room to move around. I understand it is a very old building, We coped because we were hardly in the room, the furniture and facilities are very tired and in need of an update, a new mattress on the bed would have been good. Also, the option of a cooked breakfast would have been nice.

  : The service is wonderful, and thanks very much for the help on my package claiming, room light changes etc. Very quite area, convenient place to shopping Street by walking 10min.
  : A little bit far to buy breakfast, toilet is on the 2nd floor and my room is on the 4th floor so it is not so convenient to reach.
