  : Has lovely scenery and good access to other locations to visit in the area
  : Room 12 was the room I think they forgot about. It's completely secluded away from the other rooms in what appears to be a staff area.Remains quite dated in comparison to what is advertised.The room was not clean. The bathroom floor was dirty, light string and extractor fan string in the bathroom was filthy. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Turning on the bathroom light turned on the extractor fan, making the extractor fan string completely useless, it was very noisy especially at night.The sheets were marked.Both beds are rocky and felt like they were going to collapse, the mattresses need to be replaced as you can feel the springs in them and the mattresses were dipping. The pillows were completely useless and flat and offered no support or comfort.Breakfast was at 8.30 but the other guests did not know this, had no idea where to go, breakfast itself was chaotic like it was an after thought as nothing was prepared. Not the most welcoming atmosphere into the building

  : Lovely location--enjoyed the quiet and the views of trees, hedgerows, and farmland nearby. Food was decent and filling.
  : The loo and shower were laughably small, with a step up and no turnaround space. Not recommended for anyone like myself, with ample proportions and arthritic knees. Instructions for the shower would have been helpful. I tried several ways, and failed, to get hot water to come on before I abandoned my attempt.

  : It promised 7 acres of woodland to explore of which there was none. Very disappointing.The room was also very tiny and you could hardly move.

  : The solo traveler rooms are very compact

  : The breakfast was excellent and well cooked and as much you wanted.
  : The ensuite arrangement was very confined and would have impossible for large person,but the room was very clean and the single beds were comfortable.So to sum up,what we paid overall was very good value
