: The price per night is expensive for a single night stay, but would be more than justified for a multiple night stay based on the high quality of the BnB

: Location & style of property (short walk from shop, station & promenade) Nicely decorated, clean, security (issued own room & front door key which has to be kept locked). It had off road parking for a couple of cars. The hosts were tentative and welcomingThe room (no.4) was very spacious, plenty of chairs, very clean, had suitable facilties (tv, wifi), nice complimentary touches such as tea/coffee/water/biscuits and sweets. Breakfast was very suitable with selection of cereals, fruit, juices, decent coffee and a cooked breakfast where the options were chosen the evening before. I would stay here again without a doubt.
: Bathroom - Frosted centre patch on plain glass window (a fully frosted window would be better), Bedroom curtain - didn't fully wrap round bay type window which faces the main road. The side windows were covered but middle one only had a roller blind to keep some privacy (no blackout effect)No show stopper though.

: Good size room very well decorated good shower.
: Breakfast had to be pre-ordered so when we went for breakfast it was precooked and a little dry and tough to eat. Shame.
