  : It was great to have a two-bed flat for a family compared to hotel rooms. I like the location where it is so close to the university, Jack's supermarket, and the Mount Pleasant car park. The building has free parking enough for 4 cars, and you can park on the street if it is full. it was nice to have a large fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and a working TV.
  : On arrival, we had no idea how to check-in. It was raining and I called the management (London) and they transferred my call to the building manager, he claimed that I had to call him before arrival such that he can send the doors lock codes. I said nobody told me to do so, but he said you have to read the instructions in the booking confirmation email. I told him I did read it and nothing says I have to call anybody and I don't have your mobile number. He said I can't give you the codes, and you have to call me directly on my number. Anyway, I got the codes later when HE called me as he has my number. We didn't like the pillows in the rooms, they were very soft. I had the worst night on the double bed mattress and I woke up with problems in my back. I asked about the iron on the second day, and they said you can find it under the stairs, but I couldn't find it, and nobody tried to find it for me.

  : This for me is a very hard one as the price was goodEvery thing was there and on first sight look good Clean looking but as we want on we notice it was not which is a shame as had every thing there to make it great are bit more deep clean and some paint in look down should have made it great bit noisy at weekend and kids banging window at 2 am area ok not the best And the rubbish around the area was badIf you look for a base it cheap and basic but do the job

  : Overall a great stay in a great location, fantastic and modern very nice.
  : If i had to be picky i would say the beds are a little uncomfortable, no information pack for heating, wifi etc.Skirting could do with a wipe over... However, on the whole a good place to stay.

  : It was modern and within walking distance of the centre.
  : There were no clear instructions for check in. The details state reception which there isn't. It should say you will receive a text when its ready. Once received instructions were easy to follow. Its a lovely apartment well situated but needs a good clean and also some more mugs,glasses and plates. Only 2 mugs and 2 glasses for 3 people.

  : The only thing that I would like to be improved was the mattresses they weren’t comfortable at all need updating also the kitchen and bathroom floor could do with a nice mop up

  : Absolute scam!!!! Horrible place, waited 4 hours from the check in time and never saw any property owner/worker. Could not get a hold of them to ask any questions. No emails from them what so ever. Absolutely horrible.
