  : There were multiple night clubs next to it . So you could hear all of their music and everyone outside drinking til 3am. Sooooo loud.

  : Location was ideal and the beds were comfortable.
  : No hot water, fridge freezer not working, no remote control for TV and no WiFi. We reported the water issue with cleaning staff and messaged through booking.com and this was ignored. When I requested compensation, you rejected this. Basically, you are unfit to run an organisation when your property is not fit for purpose and levels of customer service are well below standard!

  : The only good things about this property were the location & the long stay facilities in the unit (full kitchen & laundry)
  : Management is terrible. Our unit was left dirty (beds linens were changed as were towels), we had no Wifi, toilet paper, hand prints on the windows & the batteries in our TV remote were spent. They was aware of all of these items & did nothing. Good luck contacting management, they do not respond to emails or messages via Booking.com. We had to buy our own toilet paper & pay out of pocket for data. Our unit's keys were left in an open lockbox at our door & the suite was left unlocked. We also discovered the door at street level was not secured, so anyone can just walk in to the building. We found another guest in the lobby in the evening, wondering how they were supposed to know which unit they were in because no one had contacted them with the information or lockbox code, check is 4 pm. Spend the extra money & stay at one of the bigger chains in town, where customers are valued & taken care of.

  : Dirty bedsheets, that hadn't been changed since the last occupant. Hairs in the bed. Wet, dirty towels in the bathroom. Rubbish on the bathroom floor. Broken window, that wouldn't shut. All pictures taken and sent to Alur/Dream within 15mins of arriving.Telephone for Alur/Dream Apartments is just a mailbox to leave a message. Hazel phoned back the first time, said she would sort the issues and never got back to me with no more return calls from messages left on the mailbox, it then being full.Nobody came to clean the apartment and rectify the problems, and my family could not stay in a dirty apartment with slept in sheets.Please do not stay here, they don't change the sheets or towels, hoping customers don't notice.I've stayed in a lot of places but this was really disgusting and I've never experienced anything like this before.It was a busy evening in Liverpool and we had to return home instead of stay the night.
