  : Property was well equipped and in a lovely quaint location. Very quiet but good distance to tourist spots. Very clean and tidy
  : Fridge is quite small for a self catering property and it had poor wifi connection, though being on holiday we wasnt too bothered about wifi

  : Luxurious equipment. New owners went 'the extra mile' with welcome pack of milk, tea and coffee, Cornish cream tea - and the special hamper for our dog and especially the card, balloon, biscuits and birthday cake. Nice tranquil setting with nearby river sounds, although there is lots to do in the area if required. When redecoration has been completed, improvements having been made in the short four months of ownership, this would attract an 'excellent' rating. We would definitely consider visiting again in the future.
  : Access to wifi had been advised as "not very good" - not a bad thing as life doesn't revolve around technology! 4g telephone did allows some access though. Switch for bathroom towel rail was difficult to reach being so high up! The hallway lights did not seem to work - ?bulbs - but in any event two way switches would be beneficial.
