: The apartment is very well situated for exploring lincoln. It's pretty much 2/3ds up the hill so easy to get up to the old town and down to the river. The apartment is well laid out and lots of thoughtful touches (also nice soft towels!) I would be very happy to stay here again. Paymans were helpful on the phone but otherwise tedious to deal with (see dislikes)
: Nothing to dislike about the place! A teapot would be nice. Parking availability is a bit tight on the evenings. But we always managed to find a space. Payman club are pretty tedious to deal with (lots of sloppily implemented forms to fill in. You have to send copy of id and proof of address - honeypot for information thieves)

: This is a one-bedroomed cosy apartment. It has a few steps into the apartment and is on the ground floor - end of road. There is a turning circle and then a park. The bed was extremely comfortable and the large settee could be used as an additional bed if required. You get a welcome pack of a loaf of bread and milk and there is a few sachets of tea, coffee and sugar. You are also issued with a parking permit which has to be displayed in your car at all times as Traffic Wardens are known to patrol the area.
: As mentioned in the title I needed to stay to self-isolate after my covid swab and before my hospital procedure - parking was difficult the permit states the apartment number and the zone. With there being a national lockdown this might have made it more difficult with people staying at home but we found it very hard to find a parking place within the zone that it covered. Also instructions to gain entry was a key safe and it stated that upon opening flap you needed to press grey button at the bottom and punch code in and then press grey button at the top. The buttons are all black rang Agency up and they were really helpful and all we had to do was press in the code and turn the dial at the top in the direction of the arrows. This problem was rectified straight away and the staff were very helpful.
