  : Dirty rooms and bedding, cultery i had to wash before using, microwave wasnt washed it was disgusting, my daughter was bitten whilst sat on the sofa, there was no hot water, hair left in the bathrooms, absolutely awful experience. And still waiting for refund

  : The actual apartment was fine, had no issue with the facilities or host. Host provide a book with all information needed to help you. You can tell they made an effort to make you feel settled. The location is right in the middle of town so there are loads of food options around.
  : Damp smell throughout the apartment complex, felt like a hostel. Was not what I expected. Did not feel like a holiday treat. Also had to collect the key from a separate location to the actual building which felt quite inconvenient.

  : The location is very convenient for the train station and the city centre, with lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. Despite this central location, the flat itself was remarkably quiet. (Although admittedly, we did not stay over a weekend.) The beds were very comfortable and we slept well.

  : The house was nice and clean. Plates and cutlery provided made it easy to cook meals. And if you're looking for a flat in the middle of the city there aren't many better options.
  : The key collection is a hassle as it is quite far away from the flat location. The hallways leading could do with a clean as it smells of smoke and urine.
