  : On arrival and after a long journey there was no toilet paper in the house. We contacted the owner who said they would speak with the cleaner however, we received no further response. Therefore, 7 of us were left with no toilet paper for our nights stay.The shower also didn't drain for a long time, so we were having to stand in eachothers dirty shower water.

  : Couldnt even access the property! Upon arriving to the property, having already payed for our stay and the host being shown proof of payment and knowing we were on the way from our initial phone call, the host then proceeded to ignore us until the next morning knowing we had arrived and couldnt gain access. Host asked have you payed to which we sent proof of payment via screenshot and had a further conversation via phone call to make host aware that we were en route. After this, this is when the host started to ignore us! Preemptively given wrong access code and from looking at the reviews this is not the first time this has happened. Expensive for single night stay which seemed justifiable due to it being a weekend but then when we were left with nowhere to stay after having travelled it shocked me that the host did not then support us. Key safe damaged upon arrival- unsure whether host actually checks the property regularly or is just eager to get money from customers No apologies given for inconvenience and false information given regarding time frame of refund! Just told to contact customer services.

  : Good to have parking outside. Lock box was easy to use. Only ten minutes from city centre.
  : The bathrooms werent clean. There were large spiders webs and spiders in all the corners. Shower wasnt clean either. The property had an odd smell on arrival. The blinds in one of the upstairs bedrooms was broken and they didnt keep the light out at all. The neighbours were very noisy early morning. The lock box code was a very obvious number so I didnt feel safe leaving anything in the house when I wasnt there.
