  : Rooms can get a little chilly but the wall heaters work well if you get them on soon enough.

  : We were given a free upgrade, unprompted, into an amazing, large and very comfortable room. The dinner (beef ribs) we had in the onsite restaurant was devine.All staff were very friendly and helpful. Free prosecco in the room mini bar was a very nice welcome.

  : Service was very poor. Obviously not enough staff. Waited over an hour for breakfast had to skip breakfast following day as we were meeting friends and couldn't chance the delay

  : The waiting staff were friendly in the pub. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean.
  : Our bedroom had numerous moths, even one under the duvet which was not a pleasant surprise.Stayed for 2 days and the bins didn't get changed during our two night stay. We had dinner on the first night, food nice but the wait times were appalling. We had the breakfast the next morning, waited over an hour for our food!!! It wasn't acceptable, especially with a young child with us. The pub was hosting a wedding and this was the excuse for the long wait times. However, it would have been nice to be told before ordering or even the night before. On check out we told the landlord about our previous experience with breakfast and that we couldn't wait that long again so have chosen to breakfast elsewhere... He didn't want to resolve anything, offer any apologies, just said "okay bye" which felt rude and unprofessional. Sadly we will not be staying again. I payed 450 for my toddler and I to stay and really feel it wasn't worth the money which is such a shame because we thought we had found a gem.Also, we paid for the superior room, which was more expensive than what my mum and dad paid for their double, yet, apart from their cheaper room being bigger, there wasn't any difference apart from flooring.
