A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The resort operates an on-going refurbishment programme to improve the accommodation, facilities and common areas. Refurbishments or building work may be taking place throughout the year. While the hotel/resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties. Any hen or stag parties will not be able to check-in and will not receive a refund.

Children of all ages are included in the maximum occupancy of the apartments.Under no circumstances must the maximum occupancy level be exceeded.

Apartments are not cleaned on a daily basis. The number of cleans depends on the length of stay. Extra cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

Only hotel guests are permitted on the premises and to use the hotel facilities.

Lodges or studios with a lake view cannot be guaranteed.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
