  : Breakfast was fine. Location good. Owner very pleasant.
  : Room was not suitable for adults. no head room in attic for adults to stand up straight. Getting in and out of bed and making the tea and coffee you had to duct down. For £100 a night one does not expect to had to duck and dive under two eves to get out of bed on one side at the same time as negotiating the pine bed post at end of bed. TV was constantly cutting out, fridge is next to bed and switches on frequently, to the point we had to turn it off. Bathroom is separate room, not en suite, no towel rail to dry towels, no shelving space accessible, because it's under another eve.

  : The location was superb, lovely little beach only 50 metres away. Anne was a good host. As an animal lover nice to see her pets about the place too.

  : Ann, the owner was lovely. Very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Very clean room and ensuite. Beds comfortable. Great breakfasts that set you up for the day. Good to have access to the table and chairs outside in the garden. Sea views from our room. Very easy walk into Lamlash; short walk to pebbly shore with good views to Holy Isle. Very handy to have the small fridge in our room. Towels changed on request. Free WiFi. Amazing daybreak if you can get up early enough.
  : Breakfast eating arrangements were not ideal, either on small tables in bedroom or a larger table on the landing, but we understand that this was due to covid and to maintain social distancing.

  : Friendly landlady called Anne.It was a good full Scottish breakfast - sausage, bacon, black pudding, egg, tomato, beans plus toast and cereal with tea/coffee.The fridge in the room with milk and water provided.Clean room with a decent shower.
  : The wifi wasn't great but then it is difficult to get a phone signal or decent wifi in many parts of the island.
