  : Room was lovely with a lovely view from the room (room 9). Super clean and comfortable. Loved the wee tea station too(hot choc a big bonus!)
  : Since I was travelling for business, no wifi in the room did create a bit of a problem. I had to sit in the reception area at 1.30am to reply to messages. A member of staff did say I should reach one of the wifi's in the room but there was absolutely no signal. Lack of staff on the hotel side- there was no one at check in or check out. I had to go into the restaurant side to get someone each time (maybe a bell at the check in desk would help) and then even when I checked out, the member of staff just looked a little confused and took the key off me- don't think he knew what to do lol. This also meant a colleague of mine who needed a room last minute couldn't get one as there was no staff to ask when we returned from work. But the staff were lovely and friendly when I did speak to them. Due to a lack of staff on reception this also meant I had no one to call about the noise. The room next to me were extremely noisy until 2.30am (this isn't the hotel's fault of course but someone to call to sort it out would have definitely helped).

  : Spotlessly clean. Ample room and facilities. Booked at the last minute as a stopover with the dog and it was brilliant. Excellent value for money

  : The location is excellent with an easy walk around town. The staff are kind and helpful.
  : The room was stifling so we had to keep a window open which was noisy as it was facing the main road of the town. A fan is needed in the room.
