  : Most appalling place Ive ever stayed. Host was unhelpful, aggressive and physically attacked me after refusing to check me out and refusing to refund me. I have now got to go through the courts to claim refund. Also the property has hidden cameras filming you without consent. Felt privacy violated. Also wasnt Covid-19 set up so had to involve trading standards. Worst place Ive ever stayed.

  : Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cereal provided. Bedroom sparse but clean.
  : House under repair, skirting boards were missing showing bare wall. Living room piled high with building materials. Floor of dining area was carpeted but showed missing boards underneath carpet. With 5 people sharing a bathroom, only the first person taking a shower got a clean bathtub or sink. Should have had antibacterial wipes available to clean surfaces. Web page and directions showed the wrong location, in fact about 3 miles out. Think this was booking.com's error
