  : tv was old could not even get firestick in it,dont like work men coming round when i am on holiday.Also automatic assumption that its ok to send a perfect stranger to fix something while i am out but my belongings are there.Yet i have paid money way ahead.I also do not like that i just let them know the shower door was damaged and that i was ok using downstairs but were more bothered about next quests which was totally out of order,and to add insult to injury,when fixed door and run shower would of clearly noticed it needed unblocking.so all in all shower was still not used as blocked.

  : location was lovely,property was nice and clean except balcony but still nice stay .
  : walked out onto balcony totally covered in cobwebs,needed a good brush down,and caught my finger on the downstairs door as kept sticking about 3 inches from closing,think may of been heat between the doors,or maybe needs greasing.And needs seal on one of the outer doors doing as was drooping down.Little things that did not hurt my stay and easly fixed.

  : advertises wifi which in reality is non existant and not even giving out what standard internet would,couldnt run my firestick and being where it is could hardly get any watchable channels,believe this should be explained on advert as not wifi,also being there twice and curtains hanging in living area are stained like dog peed up them at some point,and toilet window downstairs took ages to close had to go round back and push closed.these problems all need to be addressed.Spoke to sykes cottages who know the wifi is rubbish and said need to let people know as not wifi its not even standard speed,used speed test and come 0.27mbps which is slower that a standard line so if taking kids will need own internet as non existant.
