  : Lavender cottage is spotlessly clean and tidy and very comfortable with all the mod cons you could ask for a stay away from home. Peaceful and quiet location . The host and his 3 dogs and beautiful horses very welcoming and thank you for the wonderful fresh eggs from the resident happy chickens. Great location to get to Tenby, St Davids and Pembrokeshire Coast . Definately stay here again

  : First of all, the good things about the property. The setting is gorgeous. The farm is really tranquil and we loved discovering the outside space and the communal fire pits. Its a shame the weather didnt enable us to use them but I bet they are amazing in good weather. The kids were over the moon with the rope swing and loved taking turns to play on it. The private space outside is great and again Im sure would be amazing in nicer weather to relax in. The accommodation was lovely. Really comfy beds, great lounge space with TV where we loved relaxing in the evening. The bathrooms were great although the bedroom en-suite position of the shower did mean that the toilet gets wet when you have a shower - a minor niggle. The kitchen is well equipped with almost everything you need but there were a few things missing which was irksome when trying to cook meals. The Hot Tub was absolutely wonderful and a real plus.
  : The property management company Pembrokeshire Property Management MASSIVELY lets the property down. Their lack of service, computer says no attitude and complete failure to address any of our issues either during or after our stay was a real disappointment and completely marred our experience.No one came to welcome us or check on us. Just a knock on the door to see how we were doing or how our stay was would have gone a long way.Only one tea-towel available not ideal for a family of 4 where you are having to wash up. I would have expected toiletries - shower gel & shampoo at least to be there as standard.The final straw though was when on the Sunday evening we realised we had run out of Loo Roll as not enough had been supplied. Sunday evening, in the middle of nowhere, shops are shut, so we rang Pembroke Property Management and their answer.. Sorry Its self catering, so you have to supply your own loo roll once you run out. Seriously for 280 a night Im also supplying my own Loo Roll too? That is Absolutely unacceptable for a luxury accommodation provider to be demanding that people bring their own loo roll.When I emailed Pembroke Property Management to express my Disappointment, all I got was an email back saying aww sorry youre disappointed. Firstly aww isnt an acceptable professional response and secondly, it was clear that they had no Intention about doing anything about it. They provided absolutely awful/non-existent customer service.Im not sure what the set up is, whether Pembrokeshire Property Management own the property or they are contracted in, but they are not doing their clients - the owners justice, as their attitude was money grabbing, and showed that they really dont care about the end-user experience, they just care about milking their guests for as much money as possible just because its a barn with a hot tub provided, whilst cutting corners wherever they can.We would not recommend based on our experience.
