: The hotel and the owners are superb - beautiful location, well kept gardens with a path along by the burn, very friendly and passionate about their hotel, what a fantastic place! An easy walk into the village, so extra supplies or dinner is easy. Would definitely recommend :-)
: Limited space for dinner - luckily we could eat the first night, but were unable to get reservations for the rest of our stay, a real shame as the food is superb!

: I'm being really picky but I would have liked if the shower water pressure had been better. After a long walk a good scrub is needed! For balance my partner had no issues with the shower.

: The property is simply beautiful - really nice and welcoming seating areas and sunny terraces.
: We did not eat in the restaurant on the evening we stayed but we enjoyed the most delicious breakfast. However our enjoyment of that experience was significantly undermined by the fact that the proprietors who served our breakfast were not wearing masks. Surely this is contrary to government guidance?
