: Great location, walkable to lots of things in Ilfracombe itself.
: Lots of stairs (4th floor) so unpacking / packing was a bit tricky but not insurmountable!

: Beautiful flat, well thought out and spotlessly clean. Wanted for nothing. Great location and views. Very chilled atmosphere. Opened the sash windows, had a morning coffee and breathed in the sea air. Thoughtfully left provisions (milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and washing up liquid) which were much appreciated. The washer is useful to rinse swimwear after a day on the beach. Didnt have an issue with the bins as some have mentioned.
: Tip: park in Ropery Street car park first and find flat on foot. Youll then realise how close you can park to the door to unload. Street very narrow and difficult to stop. Could be quite noisy. Late at night from the two pubs opposite, people leaving carrying on conversations in the street. 5am wake up calls from someone in the flats maybe going to work and clattering around. Then roofers opposite starting each morning at 8am. Its a narrow street with high buildings so the noises just echo. None of this is the owners fault but as light sleepers it was exhausting. Left a night early sadly.

: Location, views, facilities all great. Everything well explained in a "welcome pack". Nice & clean.
: Frontage looked a bit shabby, with bins near the entrance (the bin storage issue is apparently something the owners are trying to address with the council)
