  : Hi, loved visiting port lympho but the bedrooms in the hotel are very old and the cleanliness was not at high stand. The facilities were old and was not worth the money that was spent. However, the staff and the actual location are amazing. We will visit again but will definitely stay in a different room like the bubble. The buggy was a lovely touch for people who had accommodation booked. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Thanks for a lovely visit .

  : We have stayed at Pt.Lympne several times before but this was our first time in the hotel and we were not disappointed. Loved the room, the hotel and the grounds. We were very grateful for the buggy, we could not have managed without it. The Garden Restaurant was very pretty. Initially we were led to a table that was way too small for two people to eat breakfast on, however, we asked for another table and were promptly moved. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was good and service was excellent. For lunch we went to Babydoll's restaurant and enjoyed a pizza whilst we waited for the rain to stop. The highlight for us was watching the Gorilla's one of which was standing bolt upright, fascinating. Hope to visit again soon.
  : Everything was fine really. It would have been great to have the buggy for a little longer as my husband has walking difficulties. It wasn't easy to see some of the animals as the weather was not good and the pens are so big but we understand the need for that.

  : Twin room was quite small and light in bathroom was dirty - I reported this at checkout.

  : Evening meal choice/experience/staff were OK, but not up to the high level of the rest of the experience. Surprised they don't have a more ^foodie/high end^ restaurant.Buggies we're very useful, but pick up and drop off times are not very flexible or helpful. Music kept me awake til 4am, but supposedly it wasnt coming from within the grounds.Free safari was OK. Too fast/brief to see too much. Would have been better to have paid for one of the longer safaris.

  : Loved the whole visit.Loved the ethos of the whole park, and I love the work that's going on for breeding and removing globally.
  : Your policies. You had no flexibility on a change of date, and, if you are going to use 'middle men', you need to get policy straight between you and people like booking.com. They couldn't have been more helpful, but was blocked at every turn by your company, even tho you said no refunds, (which we didn't want!) nowhere at the time did you say no amendments.
