Children up to and including 3 years old stay for £45 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 12 years old stay for £25 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for £30 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for £60 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The property and public areas within the building are strictly non-smoking. A charge of GBP 370 applies if guests violate this rule.

The number of guests staying in the property must not exceed the number of guests included in the booking. If additional guests are found to be staying in the property, a surcharge of GBP 40 per person, per night is applied. Alternatively the property may cancel the booking and you may be asked to leave without refund. Visitors and third party bookings are not permitted.

Early or late check-in/check-out is subject to availability and additional charged apply. Payment is required in advance, prior to arrival.

The property offers a meet and greet service for check-in, please inform the property of your expected time of arrival at least one hour prior to arrival.

Rates include provision of linen and towels, weekly cleaning of the Property and a weekly change of linen provided by the Company. Additional cleaning will incur additional charges.
