  : Very spacious over two floors; clean, tidy and well presented. Shower was very good and powerful, not a cheap trickle unit. 15minute walk to Hornchurch district line.
  : Lacking an iron, there was an ironing board but no iron.

  : The property entrance is behind a dumpster, access through a small alley. Upon arrival, sofa bed was not made, toilet kept flushing, not enough crockery to serve 4, and the place smelled really bed. Crockery and toilet were handled next day which was good. As for the smell: all windows were open upon arrival, and many air fresheners so this had to have been a known issue. After some rainfall two days later, we experienced soaking wet carpets in the bedroom which is when I decided to vacate the accommodation prematurely as this was unhealthy for my kids. Response lacking from property management

  : The futon was not prepared for sleeping eventhough we indicated we'll be needing it. It had staines in some spots. The kitchen utensils were a bit scarce.
