  : Good heating system in van and bedding was nice
  : Oven would not work unless matches used to light. Staining on cushions, kitchen didn't have the basics you would expect for a family van, i.e., jug, sieve etc

  : Caravan was clean and supplied all we needed for our short stay.
  : We had a power cut on the Saturday morning and as we was only down for a family gathering in St Leonards it hundered our time for getting ready as we had no hot water to shower until 9am which was a bit inconvenient, though we were pleased with the actual caravan

  : The caravan it's self was in a nice quiet part of the location, had a nice parking space right aside the caravan which meant off loading the car was easy and was in walking distance of the club house.
  : Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before booking... The oven doesn't light,, you have to do it yourselves and the flame is beyond small and would take forever to cook anything. There are holes in the doors to bedrooms, the main bathroom the toilet seat is broken and the push button is also broken,shower isn't great. TV doesn't work all that great. The main bed is totally uncomfortable an by the looks of things it's actually broken aswell., Boxes under the bed so can't store any of our suitcases. Overall not a great stay and will not be returning.
