  : Very poor accommodation, bad smell around the building, not safe. Had problems with internet and electricity. No manager to talk to. The worst hotel I ever stayed in . Please avoid, really horrible, dirty, unhygienic place.

  : Getting out off the place
  : Hotel is a strong stretch, place is a hovel. Rooms are dated basic and far from clean. First room i was allocated had a toilet still covered in human excrement all over it. Second room tv aerial was an indoor make shift one, safety cable on window was detached so not safe for a child who could open window fully and fall from 1st floor easily. No food or drink available. Corridors stunk off smoke as people obviously smoking in rooms including drugs which I despise the smell off. Staff not very helpful. Requested a vat reciept on check in. Told get one in morning. Morning staff said would email it. Still received nothing. Basically after staying in OYO Thirsk Hotel ( which is stunning and a credit to OYO) booked this expecting same standards. A prison is probably cleaner, friendlier with better facilities. Parking is also pretty non-existent at hotel have to use Co op car park opposite. If you book to stay here you have been warned.
